Overview

BiSU is a mobile application designed for Android devices, developed by Tek Tuş Mobil. The app serves as a digital platform for ordering water and various market products, including bottled water, carboys, beverages, and even laundry detergent. It enables users to place orders from a wide selection of brands available in Turkey, with delivery directly to their doorstep. The application is available at no cost and supports Android 6.0 and above, making it accessible to a broad user base.

BiSU addresses the need for convenient, on-demand access to essential household products, particularly water, which remains a critical resource in many regions. The app integrates social impact by partnering with UNICEF and BiM.U to contribute to providing clean water for one child per day through user orders. This dual-purpose model combines everyday utility with humanitarian support, appealing to environmentally and socially conscious consumers.

Target users include individuals and families in urban centers across Turkey who seek a reliable, fast, and affordable way to replenish household supplies. The 24/7 availability of the service allows users to order at any time, from any location, enhancing accessibility. The app is currently operational in major cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, and others, indicating a focused regional rollout strategy.

Key Features & Capabilities

• Multi-Product Ordering – Users can select from a variety of products including bottled water, carboy water, soft drinks, and household cleaning supplies like laundry detergent.
• 24/7 Availability – The service operates around the clock, allowing users to place orders at any time, from any location, without time restrictions.
• Multiple Payment Methods – Supports online payments via credit card, Multinet Card, BKM Express, and Hopi Points (Paracık), as well as cash on delivery for eligible brands and areas.
• Humanitarian Integration – Each order contributes to providing one day’s clean water for a child in need, through collaboration with UNICEF and BiM.U.
• Multi-Channel Access – Orders can be placed through the mobile app or directly on the official website, offering flexibility in how users interact with the platform.

These features streamline household supply management, reducing the need for physical store visits. For example, a family in Ankara can order a carboy of water and laundry detergent in under five minutes, receive delivery the same day, and contribute to a global water initiative—all through a single interface. The integration of social impact into a routine purchase enhances user engagement and brand loyalty.
